We want you to be completely satisfied with your icebreaker high-performance merino layers. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Label and Pack

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided and securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached.

  Ship Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your gear back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
